Cask (Bridge Tavern, Nwcastle) - Very dark brown, almost black in colour. Coffee, liquorice and some slightly smoky hints in the aroma. Malty, roasted and slightly fruity taste with notes of coffee, chocolate and and raisins.

Craft100 fest at Craft Clapham. Almost opaque red tinted dark brown beer. Small pale cream coloured head. Smooth light palate, semi dry. Minerals. Touch of dark chocolate and light toffee. Mild dried fruits and a whisper of spice. Light dry finish. Okay.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. The nose is roasty, toast, earth, caramel and faint ash. The taste is toasty, roast, earth, sweet dried fruits, brown bread, charred wood and light caramel with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Decent enough.

Cask gravity at Craft 100. It pours clear golden with pretty much no head. The nose is soft, grainy, dough and sweet floral. The taste is dry, bitter, orange, lemon, floral and bergamot with a dry, somewhat peppery finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Easy going for sure, but lacks a bit of punch.

Cask at the blue blazer. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Light malt aromas, light citrus. Good malt on the taste too, balancing citrus bitterness. Clean finish. Nice.
