Bottle, medium stable bubbly head, very deep brown colour, chocolate, roasted notes, dark bread, chocolate cake, hint of cocoa, light sourness and bitterness that is a touch unpleasant, light bodied. Quite simple, nothing too special.

330mL bottle, pours a dull cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of lacto, lots of sour citrus, passionfruit, peaches, and maybe some apple skins. Flavour is very tart, with lots of citrus, passionfruit, some floral hops, and lacto. Citric, tart, and lightly hoppy. Not bad for a kettle sour.

Bottle, big bubbly foamy head, hazy and a touch light Orange color, grapefruit, passion fruit, orange and minerals, light sourness and sweetness. Nice and easy.
