Description
In 2013 we brewed beer for the first time in our first brewery in the Amsterdam Pijp. We now make award-winning beers, soft drinks and from beer what is left over we distil gin and gin again. We make everything ourselves, as local as possible and completely organic because that is better for our beer and for the planet. Our breweries are located in the most beautiful places in the middle of Amsterdam. Not at all efficient of course, but all the more fun!

Geprobeerd met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in den Bosch. Het is een roze troebel bier zonder schuim. Het heeft een fruitige geur. De smaak is tropische en zure smaak.

Geprobeerd met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in den Bosch. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat gistachtige geur. De smaak is moutig en banaan achtig.

Geprobeerd met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in den Bosch. Het is een goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een desperados achtige geur en smaak.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange golden with fluffy white head and a bunch of dirty looking stuff floating around. Dry fruity hops, dry it’s and grain husks, CO2, grassy hops and grapefruit peel. Light sweet and medium bitter. Light bodied with very strong carbonation. Over carbonated, looks dirty and why does it need lactose? Aside from those things it’s a decent hop juice mineral water.

Tap at Haagse Biermarkt. Bit hazy light golden with white head. Blue Curaçao, wheat, coriander, light caramel and cinnamon, soft spices, bit more citrus. Medium sweet and almost medium bitter. Medium bodied.

Tap at Grote Markt Lente Freezeover. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, wheat, coriander, cloves, citrus fruity, light sickly lemonadey. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.
