Can, hazy off pale eye. Nose is somewhat tropical IPA floral hops. Decent level of co2 on the palate, makes this IPA a little more acceptable for this lager lover. Yes, the taste is not as much tropical fruit as you would think from the smell. Yea, lots of IA flavors but that co2 really seems to tame it a bit. Not sure if I get any of the pineapple and mango, but I do think some citrus is coming thru; you know, like green grapefruit rinds? Oh well, I really dislike IPA, but at least this one is not as lopsided as most and I do find a little interest in it.

Pour is pale yellow, a little bright and clear. Very little head. Nose is odd hop floral with some pineapple on the olfactory. First taste is certainly hops, but not as much or as bitter as I was expecting. Then its followed up with some gentle pineapple. Pretty good level of carbonation, I like that in an IPA based beer. Goes down fairly easy. In the end, to say this is an IPA may be misleading, its more like a flavored APA if you ask me, JMHO.

Golden with a large white head that left great lacing. Slightly boozy with moderate vague fruity and floral hops. Long finish. Medium body.

Orange, biscuit malt, pine, and grapefruit peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet orange, lime, biscuit malt, and very bitter grapefruit peel and pine flavor. Good body.

Lemon, corn, barley malt, and grass aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet lemon, corn/barley malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body.
