The first commercially brewed beer in Kenmare for nearly 200 years and the first purpose built brewery in Kerry for probably the same length of time. All our craft beers are natural products, free from preservatives, additives and colouring.

0.5 l bottle stolen from Blaž. Unclear golden, small head. Lean bready, spicy and medicinal aroma. Light body, thin, creamy, soft carbonation. Heavily chlorophenolic.

On tap at PF McCarthy, Kenmare. Unclear golden to yellow, small off-white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy, fruity, soft stone fruit, tart peach and sweet mango. Quite fresh. Hints of spice and bread. Lean fruity, citrusy and stone fruit flavour. Light herbal and zesty bitterness. Balanced, light body, moderate carbonation, light dry finish.

On tap at P. F. McCarthy, Kenmare. Clear amber, small off-white head. Sweet caramely aroma, soft toffee notes, earthy hops in the back. Flavour is nutty, toffee, caramely, some sweetness, earthy bitterness in the finish, a tart touch, dry finish. Medium body, soft texture, moderately creamy. Smooth, balanced.
