The first commercially brewed beer in Kenmare for nearly 200 years and the first purpose built brewery in Kerry for probably the same length of time. All our craft beers are natural products, free from preservatives, additives and colouring.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, mild herbal and some caramelly tones. Flavour is caramel, some floral, rubbery, wooden, herbal and mild grassy tones. Earthy aftertaste.

Sample (thanks fonefan!) Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, nectar, mild plum and some tartish wooden tones. Flavour is berries, some floral, toasted and some plum and wooden tones. Strangely smooth still.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is maize, some grains, rubbery and some herbal tones. Flavour is herbal, grainy, grassy, some maize and mild rubbery tones.

ABV: 1.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, floral. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, light fruity hops, light citrus, floral, thin. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium to light amber colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, sour malt, nutty - pale nuts. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, sour malt, mil soured, vomit touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively - fizzy. [20230225]

ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, sour malt, cucumber - watermelon, soured milk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, sour malt, soured milk, cucumber sour, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 440nl can from Cheeseboard. Hazy amber pour, small foamy beige head. Malty, sweet aroma. Taste is where it gets interesting, sweet, malty, caramel, salty. Light earthy, peaty notes. Yes, the seaweed here really brings a briny, salty presence with it. Dries out a bit towards the finish.
