Biggish offwhite lasting head. Hazy deep dark red body. Light smoky aroma. Acidic roasty caramel taste with burnt notes, slightly watery. Dry smoky aftertaste. Quite good, but a bit low on taste. (0.3l draft.)

Biggish offwhite lasting head. Faintly hazy orange body with light carbonation. Sweetish fruity aroma of banana, honey, syrup, and flowers. Very harmonic. Sweetish dry taste of slightly watery wooden roastiness and notes of fruit. Aftertaste is dry metallic smokiness with a kind of grainy texture. Very nice, but aroma is better than the taste. Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with a good deal of citrusy hop notes as well as yeast and a llight diacethyl fruity note and faint notes of butter. The flavor is sweet with diacethyl notes of fruit as well as yeast and hops - but a somewhat odd hop mixture giving it dusty and citrusy notes. The body is light - lack of residual sugars?

On tap at Københavnske Øldage. It was served a bit unclear, with a golden-orange body, and a small, white head. The nose was a bit weak, with malt, spice-notes and some hops. There was some acidity in the flavor, as well as fruits and spices. Medium body and a little wheatyness in the finish. Not bad, but somehow boring. (070511)

On tap at Københavnske Øldage. Not the dry-hopped version. Clear, copper-colored brew with a small, beige head. There’s lots of american hops in the aroma, and the maltiness almost balances it. The flavor on the other hand, is mostly on the maltier side, with beefstock, malt, and then, of course, piney hops. The hop-level makes it almost astringent in the mouth. It is full-bodied, with a long, hoppy finish. The maltiness shines through in the finish as well, but is left playing second violin. A quite lovely americanized beer. (070511)

(On tap) Almost clear, pale amber golden with a small, creamy, off-white head. Malty nose with a somewhat nutty touch. Medium body with a nice balance between lightly sweet caramel malt and a fairly dry and bitter hoppiness. Decent all right. 160607

KØ07. Good hop aroma, a little fruity. Good hop flavour, too. A little rough, but nicely so. The mouthfeel is a little thin, but a quite good beer.
