Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Avearge moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. American malts and hops so just an APA.

Draught@Brewpub Copenhagen. Brownish black colour with a mediumsized beige head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, some ashes and mild wooden and slight toffeeish notes. Flavour is roasted malts, quite big on the bitterness, some mild caramel, toffee and mild smoked wooden notes too. Smooth, but a bit watery. Apart from the wateriness, a quite pleasant brew actually.

Draught. Hazy golden colour with a small white creamy head. Aroma is citrus, some earth, grains and mild bready tones to it. Flavour is quite bitter with floral and grassy tones, but also some slight bready crisp malts to it. Refreshing.

Draught. Hazy ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some roasted notes with mild coffee and smoke. Flavour is smoked, some toasted notes, sweet malts, but also some slight hoppy and bitter tones.

On keg at Brewpub København. Appearance - deep amber to orange. Thin white head. Nose - vanilla,chocolate and hazelnut. Light smoke. Taste - creamy vanilla, chocolate and hazelnut. Palate - medium bodied, sweet middle and lightly smoke and malt dry finish. Overall - I find vanilla bit too confected when added to beer.

On keg at Brewpub København. This is part of their Brewlab series. Appearance - deep pink to purple. Thin snow white head. Nose - tart cherry, blackberry and raspberry. Taste - tart blackberry and cherry. Dry wood. Palate - light bodied and the middle and finish is long and persistently tart. Overall - lovely stuff.

On keg at Brewpub København. Appearance - bright red body, off white head . Nose - sweet raspberry and red cherry. Taste - more of the same, a little bit syrup. Palate - creamy body with gentle sour note on the finish. Overall - OK but a little sweet for the style.
