Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy and moderate acetic aroma. Some blackthorn notes. Average moldy nice acetic flavor. Acerafe finish. Creamy palate.

Ørnen har landet! 0,33 fra fat på Brewpub. Lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Mild bitterhet i kombinasjon med Cascade og Citra får denne første fatølen på dansk jord etter fire år til å skli raskt ned.

300ml draught, shared with Kira at the brewpub. Deep reddish body with a slight haze, filmy layer, fair lacing. Mid-dry smell of berries and orange fruits. Similar taste of semi-tart berries, plums, and ripe orange. Sweet and tart ending, semi-dry. Fair enough. (Copenhagen, 02.05.2023).

300ml, draught, 9,3 % abv, at the brewpub. Shared with Skinnyviking. Bright mahogany coloured body, spotty lacing, low pearl white head. Herbal hops and apricot moments on the nose, promising. Draft. An unclear red beer with a lazing pinkish head. The aroma has notes of sloe, funk, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of sloe berries, funk, and wheat, leading to a tart finish. Nice one - if you like sours and like sloe.
