500ml can, kindly shared by djoeye. Jet black in the glass, filmy layer, clingy lacing. Rounded roasted malts on the nose, caramel scent. Blended sweet taste profile of prunes, liquorice, caramel and chocolate malts. Lingering malty sweetness to the ending supported by warmth from the alcohol. A tad too sweet in the long run, decent sipper though. (Rating session with Imojoh, djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 15.04.2020).

Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham, lmojoh og Rune i WCveien. Ultramørk amber. Lavt tett skum med litt farge. God karamellaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken lakris & sjokolade. Mandler i avslutninga. Bra øl.

Can from Eldesmadre, thanks! Deep dark brown color. Apple syrup and a hint of roast in the aroma. Very sweet roasty flavor with apple syrup. Hints of licorice. Disappointing.

At a tasting, small stable creamy head, clear very dark brown color, aroma of brown bread, fudge and stewed fruits, flavor of dark bread and chocolate, dark fruits sourness, light alcohol presence. Acceptable, nothing more.

Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks troubles. Black, tan head. Roast, chocolate, caramel, a bit of dark fruits, sweet, a bit of licorice, bitterish finish with some alcohol.
