Description
It was in 2010 that Thomas Mousseau launched the Ouche Nanon company in the heart of the Loire Valley, which manufactures and sells organic and especially craft beers. Five years later, the adventure continues for Ouche Nanon, which also becomes a distillery. Offering organic and 100% Berry products, that is the goal of this former environmental engineer.
Ouche Nanon is a company on a human scale (and it intends to remain so!) Which promotes values such as the exploitation of the local market, the use of local raw materials (use of malt produced in Issoudun, in the Indre, from organic barley from the Center region) and a global ecological approach (offering organic products and respect for the environment).
Beers and whiskey 100% Berry, you can discover it and it can be tasted ... in moderation of course! 😉

33cl bottle from Biocoop Saint Satur Le Chêne et Le Roseau organic shop. Head is medium, tanned, average retention. Colour is black, opaque. Aroma is nice roasted tones, chocolate, coffee, dark fruits, dried plums, toast. Taste is medium malty base, roasted tones, dark chocolate, coffee, cocoa, dark bread crust, bit dark dried fruits, dry on the palate, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, really nice for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Bottle numbered 002/670 purchased directly at the brewery. Very low carbonation. Clear presence of the spirit in both smell and taste. Distilled from grape judging from the smell.
