Rum, glue, walnut nose. Black, headless. Molasses, licorice, rum, walnut. Medium body, soft carbonation, warm. Nice layers and better subtleties than the coconut version Six Voids.

16oz can from Uptown Market. Dark brown pour, patchy beige head, ring. Toasty, malty aroma, sweet, nutty . Taste is sweet, brown bread, walnuts. Slightly dry.

On tap at Heirloom, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is pretty subdued for a high ABV beer — there's burnt sugars and earthiness I guess. Flavour is muddled and lacking coordination, with earthiness, burnt sugars and maybe some very minor phenols. Yet again, another incompetent brew. This isn't good.
