Bottle shared. Thanks Jon! Pours a clearish straw gold with a finger of pillowy white foam. Grainy nose with husk and mineral both present. Palate is very similar. Nice balance, good carbonation. Lingering grainiess and mineral on the finish.

Tasting at Erik's, bottle; 6.5% ABV
Hazy to cloudy blond colour. Strong farmhouse aroma, wood, light funk. Almost instantly the flavour presents vegetables, celery, yeast, earth, vegetable bitterness.
Below expectations.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with a rustic saison yeast character, some musty notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is quite rustic, with a rather seltzery character, gentle rustic notes, a little champagne, and earthy notes. The yeast is not dialed in exactly right -- rather musty, seltzery finish. It's alright.

Pale amber, with just a touch of haze. Medium head. Nice light brett character, has a nice fresh malt character on the nose as well. And it's not actually a fresh beer. On the palate, it seems maybe not as fresh, a bit too yeasty. Just a touch of brett, and this ends up drying out the finish. The yeast note is a touch thin.
