On tap at Craft Bier Bar Hamburg. Pours murky dark brown with a beige head. Bready malts and sour rye on the nose. Flavour has bready malts, bread crusts, dry grass, and a sour rye-like finish. Nice.

0,33 l bottle. BB 01.08.2025. Black in the glass. More than one finger beige head. Medical anise aroma, christmas cookies. Taste starts with dark malt, choco and a lot of sour "After Eight". Also intensive medical. Weird. Sorry, over the top.

0,33 l bottle. BB 01.04.2025. A darker red golden in the glass, cloudy, huge soft gushing white head. Pine and resin on the nose, honey with malt in the background. Taste has less pine and resin, more on the malty side with bitterhop, caramel, some butter elements. Dry at the palate. Something wrong with the bottle?
