Can, courtesy of SaintMatty (huge thanks!), shared with Vojta L and others. Clear amber-brown body. Big caramelly notes, roast and liiight butter in the aroma. Lean, dry taste, raisins, caramel, traces of dog food, smooooth, traces of alcohol. Bit gone maaaaybe, but definitely a good doppelbock nonetheless.

Bottled (from Systembolaget, beställningssortimentet). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, mild toasted and grainy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, grainy and some slight herbal tones. Quite crisp and refreshing.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Black with a tan head. A lot of coffee in this one, also some dark chocolate and some dark bread. The finish on the dry side.

ABV: 11.5%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white - silver head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity yeast, wood, cognac, oak. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast, wood, apple - honey, coqnac, oak, fruity yeast - sweet yeast, sweet malt - marzipan malt. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming. [20240119]
