750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has tons of bergamot, gentle lime, and wild bugs in good cohesion. Flavour has tons of bergamot upfront that combined well with the lime and wild yeast. Lots of complexity and depth, with the bergamot really working well. Excellent.

On tap at Akkurat, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some fungal notes, mustiness, and a touch of leather. Flavour has a nice gentle funkiness, some citrus, and light fungal notes. Not exactly authentically lambic-like but this is well put together. Good stuff.
