Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a decent, roughish off-white head. Also some acetobachter here, but less pronounce and actually some quite pleasant woody accents that aren't drowned in acidity. Medium body, a tart fresh fruitiness and again very distict and pleasant oakiness. A mouthdryingy tart and dry finish. Again very interesting and complex. 251125

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, rough off-white head. Distinct acetobacter aroma - or nailpolish remover if you want paired with Brettanomyces - manure. Medium body, noble rot sweetness, quite fruity but also distinctly tart. Rather low carbonation. Complex and interesting. 251125

75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. Pours a misty gold, thin white ring atop. Sharp wild acidity.. breezy sour air, soft funk.. sadly not much in the way of mushroom, perhaps a little earthiness on the finish, but a nice sour sipper all the same.

Bottle shared at BBGG. Hazy golden. Seeet malts, apricot, light funk, sour plums, a touch of shitake but you have to know it's there. Over medium sour, medium sweet. Solod medium body.

Bouteille 37.5cl à Belgian Summer Beer Gathering, merci Siegfried. BB 12/02/2035.
Dorée, pétillant marqué, col fin blanc-cassé peu tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité, petite touche presque fumée ? avec note rappelant l’ananas – tropical léger en support. Je ne note rien de l’apport des divers champignons à cette bière – chance est que le côté ‘sour’ bretté ait tout consommé.
Palais est sour marqué – citrique rendant une sécheresse marquée en bouche – le tout passe sur un effet de bretts tenace qui rend un caractère tropical – et léger apport umami des champignons. Le tout est sec, faible en effervescence, fin picotement en fin de bouche.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear deep red, faint head. Citric nose with evident blueberries. Lactic acidity on berry sweetness, Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Lactic acid, mild hay, lots of musky blueberries. Mildly bitter finish.
