Bottle: clear, ruby amber coloured, quite stable small foamy layer; solid sweet vinous-fruity (raisins) and sweet caramelly nose; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; robust bitter-sweet finish with light traces of alcohol. Not the worst Doppelbock.........

Bottle: Deep golden to light amber coloured, mid-sized off-white head; caramelly and toasted-malty nose with a tinge of alcohol; mid-sized, quite stable off-white head; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet and toasted finish with a bitter and alcoholic aftertaste. Unharmonic, "cheap" Bock....

The bottle looks good, a little bit old for a radler. Aroma expressionless. Flavor in the beginning fruity, in the end really dry, fits not to a radler. Not a good beer.

The bottle looks simple but good. The beer in the glass has a fine creamy head. Looks good. Begins very hoppy, almost dry. In the end a little bit sharp. An average beer.

Blast from the past - long before craft beer, it was something different, but not overly Christmassy/wintery.
