The stately stature of the Grand Manse is accurately reflected in the bold beers that brewmaster Tim Thomssen prefers to make. On tap at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours black with a tan head. Roasted malts, dark chocolate, and bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has dark chocolate, gentle roast, bourbon barrels. Excellent
