Floral and peppery in the mouth. Plenty of spice. Alcohol is hidden well. Not great but better than most American made Tripels.

On tap at the brewery in Lincoln. Clear, burnt orange appearance with a small, white head. Aroma has notes of lightly toasted grain, strawberries, and a hint of caramel. Flavor is intense strawberries. Moderate high sweetness. It’s completely one dimensional but still kind of a guilty pleasure.
