Bottle from a local supermarket. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Some wheaty-grasy notes. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Not bad.

18/6/2018. Bottle from Evin, Helle. Pours golden with a modest bubbly off-white head. Aroma of corn, sweet malt, hops, caramel, fruit and hops. Medium to heavy sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, above average carbonation. Sweet, fruity finish. Not best example.

“Wolf-Bier Helles“, Flasche (50 cl) von Sagasser, Bad Neustadt. - Satt goldgelb, klar; schöner Schaum. - In der Nase etwas gequältes, stumpfes helles Malz und vage kräuterig-zitronige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk blaß hellmalzig mit leicht künstlicher Süße, zart säuerlich abgeschmeckt. Schwache kräuterige Hopfenaromen gehen rasch in ranzige Herbe über, die den Hopfenextrakt verrät. Gut rezent, leicht trocken. Schwach säuerlicher Abgang mit unschön ranziger Bittere. - Lieblos gemachtes Helles ohne Bezug zur fränkischen Brautradition; noch trinkbar aber kein echter Genuß.

"Wernecker Frankonia hell", vom Faß im Biergarten in Werneck. - Tief goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase appetitlich frisches getreidig-brotiges helles Malz, milder aromatischer Hopfen (grüne Kräuter), zart seifige Note. - Antrunk mild hellmalzig mit zarter kräuteriger Hopfennote. Durchschnittlich rezent. Im Abgang blasse Zitronenschale. Unscheinbarer Nachtrunk. - Sehr mild gehopftes Helles mit feiner Malzigkeit; süffig aber recht blaß.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Kauzen Käuzle Ingwer-Limette ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Clear medium to light yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, light citrus, light to moderate lemon, lemonade, light ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, lime - limonade, light to moderate sugary, spicy, ginger - cinnamon, light ginger peppery.
