(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Slightly doughy and grainy malty aroma with hints of sulfur and grassy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly grainy malty base with notes of grassy hops, getting slightly metallic towards the finish. Raw and unclean. 22.II.15

Bottle. A clear, pale golden beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is rather grainy, but with a nice grassy, lightly peppery hoppyness. It’s medium to thin on the palate, dry and with a pleasant carbonation level. Grains, resins and grass in the flavor, with a good bitterness. Some metallic notes towards the mostly hoppy finish. Nothing extraordinary going on here, but it’s an honest alcohol free beer that I could easily drink on a hot summer day if I couldn’t have any real beer for some reason. 150301

Bouteille: Golden, hazy, mid-sozed creamy white head, that slowly collapses; yeasty-fruity nose, even some wheaty traces detectable; light to moderate sourish-bitter flavour, not without a slight redidual sweetness, light bodied; the same sweet illusion is detectable also in the short wheaty-sourish finish. Not exciting, but still refreshing…

Bottle: Golden, hazy with a mid-sized, stable fluffy head; light sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; bananas and lemons in the nose with yeasty-phenolic undertones; faint touch of hops in the lemony-sweetish finish. Pleasant and refreshing........

Draught on top of Mt. Bocksberg, the Harz. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with notes of malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour with pronounced estery notes and touches of malt. Hints of paper. Rough, estery and bitter aftertaste. Not bad, especially as a refreshment on a hefty skiing day that happens to fall on my birthday :-)

First bottle at the first thursdayevening tasting in me and Ansjelaah’s new home. Hazy pale yellow colour with no head. Smells sneeuwwitje, sinas, 7up. Tastes bitter lemon, bitter, lemon. Nice frisdrank. Thin body, fizzy carbo, nice.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Misty very pale yellow to white color, virtually no head. Smell and taste are like Fanta and Fanta lemon mixed together with a touch of bitter lemon and a slight grainy finish. Doesn’t taste bad at all since I’m quite thirsty from working out, but it’s no beer at all.

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Starts strong, quite malty, more and more spicy. Light alcoholic notes. Finish still strong, malty, dry background. Okay.
