(33cl swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Light-sweet, soft grainy malty aroma with aromatic citrus-fruity and herbal hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour with a balancing malty sweetness; soft malty, slightly grainy taste with herbal and slightly citrus-fruity hoppy notes; light to medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel; moderately dry and bitter finish. Clean and aromatic Pils (16.06.08).

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, hazy, bigger, quite stable off-white creamy head; sourish-wheaty nose, traces of dark malt; creamy, medium to full bodied; sourish - almost citrus-fruity - finish with caramalt and dried fruits in the aftertaste. Not bad, but tastes like a souped-up Dunkelweizen.........

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Tastes spicy, not dry, a little bit like a landbier, wheaty finish. Not bad!

Bottle: A bit unclear, quite stable, almost creamy white head; sweet-malty, also citrouse nose with a herbal-hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; shorter citrousy-hoppy and malty finish. A quite well balanced Heller Bock............

Bottle: Golden coloured with a mid-sized fluffy yellowish head, slowly collapsing, lazy carbonation; almost a Bock-like nose: sweet pale malt, distinctive herbal hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.8%; spicy herbal-citrousy finisg with a solid malty base. (bottle) Hazy, murky brown colour with a big and persistent beige foamy head. Minimal yeasty, slightly sweet and slightly toasted wheat-malty and sourish fruity (citrus, plums) aroma with a moderate phenolic spice in the background. Sweet and slightly acidic flavour, medium bodied with a rather soft carbonation, at least for a Weizen. Dark and wheat-malt character, slightly yeasty and fruity taste; slightly ashy and moderately fruity, slightly spicy finish. Likeable but not world-shaking dark Weizenbock (21.05.08).

(bottle) clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet slightly bready malty nose with light notes of sour dough and light spicy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Solid, slightly bready malty base with a tinge of honey and light herbal notes; moderately sweet, slightly bitter malt-accented finish with a light but balancing herbal hops-character (03.05.08).
