Bomber from weizenweihen (a bomber, wow, you do not see that very often): pours black with a very fizzy beige head. Aroma is hints of coffee, maybe some chocolate, but I do not think there is a lot of aroma to sweet potato. Taste is robust, somewhat bitter, with a sweet touch. Low ABV does not cause a watery body, which is nice. Generally solid.

Bottle from weihenweizen: I should note that the bottle had a slight leak upon its arrival, but I tossed it in the freezer and had it the same day. In any case, it pours gold with a white head. Aroma is generally pale maltiness, hints of hops. Taste is bready, light hoppy bitterness. It is fine all thinga considered.
