Description
In 1872 the brewery was founded as stock holding company (AG) under the name brewery Zum Bergkeller. In 1885 it became the Radeberger Exportbrauerei. Under the leadership of Conrad Brüne the small brewery became a large industrial enterprise and an international renowned name. During GDR times it was a beer for the top brass of the party. After 1990 the brewery facilities were extensively renewed. Today Radeberger is one of the most modern breweries in Europe.

Re-rate: light pilsner-golden, head not good. A quite boring standard pilstaste. Malt almond nose+palate. Weakbodied.
