33 cL bottle. Pours hazy/murky purple and with a pink to purple head. Solid sweet berry aroma, can be smelled from 2 meters distance. Sweet berry flavour with a mild berliner weisse citric note beneath. Ends citric and sweet.

Bottle (best before 15/09/07): Slightly hazy, rather quickly collapsing white head, lazy carbonation, pale golden; distinctive sourish fruity nose (green apples); sharp sourish flavour with a very faint sweetness, not too light bodied; apples and lemons in the dry, sour, tart and slightly sweetish finish. Good suff, better than many "commercial" examples of the Gueuze-family. What a pity.........

50 cL bottle. Pours dark yet visible brown with a deep amber glare, huge light tan head. Light mouldy malt aroma. Flavour is vaguely roasted malt with a solid alcohol note. Alcohol finish with a mild metallic note. Somewhat ordinary and without any flavours other than alcohol.

Biggish shiny beige lasting head. Deep dark red barely translucent body. Light roasty acidic aroma. Sweetish taste of raisins, licorice, and wild berries with a delicate dry burnt finish. Minty notes as well. Very harmonic and delicate. Very nice. (0.3l draft at If Kneipe, Lübeck.)

Biggish coarseish white lasting head rises out of the glass. Pale yellow body with light carbonation. Very light straw aroma with hints of malts. Light sweetish mealy taste with straw and malts notes. Dry bitterish grassy aftertaste lingers. Nice, drinkable. (0.3l draft at If Kneipe, Lübeck.)

Hazy light yellow colour with fast dissapering head.Aroma is slight smoky but also like vinagar.Flavor is sour with long bitter finish.A really odd beer.

Fruchtiger, deutlich künstlicher Antrunk. Dieser geht noch in Ordnung, wird aber zum Mittelteil penetrant süß und wirkt so wenig anziehend. Die Verwandschaft zur Berliner Weisse ist nur hintergründig erkennbar, weiter sehr süß und erkennbar chemisch. Zum Ende etwas milder, etwas prickelnd, fruchtiger. Zu süß! Bottle. Red brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted, caramel, alcohol, fruit. Flavour is the same. Nice bock.
