330ml bottle (3.0% ABV) by courtesy of Knut Albert. Foggy, straw coloured body under a fragile, white head. Tart wheat and raspberries to the nose. Tingling sourness with lemon and green apples. Refreshing, but rather one-dimensional (22.04.2008).

Bottle: Hazy, pale golden, visible carbonation, persistent white foamy layer; moderate sourish-wheaty nose, some fruitiness reminding of green apples detectable; moderate sour flavour, supported by a light sweetness, light bodied; becomes a bit fruitier towards the moderately citrousy-sourish finish. A pleasant thirst quencher, not very demanding.........

Bottle. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel. Flavour is sweet, fruit, roasted, malt, caramel, hint of hop. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear, dark brown body with a creamy beige head. Quite weak aroma with sweetness and some burnt malt. Caramel, toffee, roasted/burnt malt and a burnt-bitter finish. Full body. Some bitter chocolate as well in the finish. A quite nice schwarzbier, but nothing more. Easy to drink. (080229)

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy green with a creamy light greenish/white head. Distinct Waldmeister aroma. Peppery, spiced and mild note of berries. Flavour is sweet, cloyingly, citric and berryfruity. Has a very profound citric an peppery flavour into the finish.

bottle. Clear deep golden colour with a reddish touch. Large, creamy and persistent head, malty nose. Full-bodied, rather malty with a solid hoppy background. Well-balanced with its own character. A lovely brew.

bottle. Clear deep golden colour with a large, persistent and creamy head. Hoppy nose. Full-bodied, intensively malty and hoppy, well-balanced with its very own character, hard to define. I enjoyed it very much.
