Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is toasty grain, cereal, light spice, grainy, paper, grass and metal. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter - bit sweet, metallic, grainy, straw, grass, green, raw, veg and cheap white bread. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit raw and grassy. Not sold on this.

Bottle shared in Canary Wharf - cheers to Fergus. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. The nose holds biscuits, straw, cereal. Light-medium sweet flavour with low bitterness, white bread, crispy biscuit, hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tidy finish, some simple pale bread, more cereal, straw. Tasty lager.

0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before May 2019. A little hazy, pale golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, moderately fruity aroma of lemon, rhubarb and some wheat. Medium sour, slightly fruity and a little doughy taste of lemon, rhubarb and wheat, followed by a short, quite tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, quite astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite okay, I've had worse from 'craftier' brewers.

Bottle from rewe. Nose is citrus, bread, orange. Palate is bread, watery citrus, wheat, spelt. Pretty week schwarzbier.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before September 2018. Hazy, pinkish red with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, pinkish white head. Sweetish, quite fruity and moderately artificial aroma of raspberry juice, sorbet powder and hints of elderberries. Very sweet, minimally sourish, quite fruity, moderately artificial taste of sorbet powder, raspberry juice and a touch of elderberries, followed by a short, slightly tart, a bit dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable but very sweet and too artificial.

33 cl bottle at Curry 36, Berlin, Kreutzberg. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, pale malts and fruits. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes drying and fruity. Ok Pils.

50 cl bottle from REWE. Clear golden colour with a creamy white head that fades completely. Sweet aroma with wet hay, grasses, fruits and pale malts. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average to lively carbonation. Finishes drying and fruity bitter with grasses and earthy notes. Your run of the mill German pils but the drinkability is pretty good.
