Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, licorice notes, red wine - berry notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110612]

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark orange yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, sweet hop, sour vegetables notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20110612]

Bottled@omhpertasting. Deep brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, toffee, some roasted malts as well as some mild spices and alcohol. Flavour is quite similar and rather wellbalanced.

Bottled, from El Estribo, Madrid Hazy dark brown, small head. Yeasty licorice aroma. Mid sweet with medium-full body. Caramel mixes withtarand licorice. Flavourful but not powerful. Mild tarry bitterness. A relaxed, mild imperial stout.

33 cl bottle thanks to Nisse666! On November 17, 2010BB 09/12Hazy dark brown color, small tan head. Malty, grainy, roasted, smoked scent. Slight acidic, smoked, dry taste. Coffee aftertaste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel. Warming alcohol. Low bitterness. Hints of green pepper (paprika, inte grönpeppar) in the aftertaste.

Bottle thanks to Nisse666! BB 08/11. Sampled on September 4, 2010Cloudy brown color, small tan head. Sweet, hoppy, fruity, minty, resin scent. Bitter, sweet, alcohol, sugary taste. Smooth mouthfeel. Bittr aftertaste. Medium high bitterness, to the high side after the initial sweetness. Alcohol and dry is the lasting memory, not so good.

Hazy brown with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel, coffee and dark chocolate. Sweet flavour with hard roasted malt, dark chocolate, hops, pine and toffee. Finished dry and bitter.
