Bottle @Haderslebener Tasting. Nearly clear golden, tiny white head. Aplle aroma, light spice and perhaps a little baked apple. Dry apple flavour, some acidity. BOne dry finish.

--Black, mid sized head. Chocolaty nose with some licorice and ash. Sweetish with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Ash, dark berries and hard roasted malt. Warming, really bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some herbal, sweet malty and mild toasted tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some toffee, mild alcohol and a bit spicy tones with some dried fruits in the aftertaste too.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, fruity malt, barley, moderate hoppy, pine, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - grapefruit, fruity hops, sweet malt - fruity malt, caramel - toasted, light licorice hop touch, light toasted - roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20221217]
