Bottle 33 cl. Slow gusher. Pours a cloudy opaque, orangey golden with loads of floating yeast and a rich and frothy, lacing white head with good retention. Dusty hop aroma paired with that hard-to-describe South Plains house character. Medium body, very fizzy, somewhat fruity but also phenolic with a crude bitterness. Rough, unclean and messy - your typical SP beer. 250426

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque black with a neat, creamy and lacing, beige head. Roasty nose, somewhat burned perhaps. Medium body, quite fizzy. Massively roasty or rather burned and ashy. Roasty bitter finish. Something is still not quite right at South Plains. 250426

Bottle @ Martin tasting. Almost clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic. Strange, but not bad if you like lemon. 221125
