Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Tom. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Pleasant bretty funky aroma with some barnyard and fruits. Sourish, funky and fruity flavor with some wheat. Light to medium-bodied. Seems infected, but not in such a bad way.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, fruits, and straw, leading to a dry wheaty finish.. The body is light.

Bottle from Masala. As Cerveza Liberacion; Cerveza de Quinoa Artesana Ecologica brewed for IDEAS. Small gusher upon opening. Hazy light golden colour, fluffy large white head. Nose is wheat, cooked quinoa, bit of citrus. Flavour is wheat, quinoa, sour citric. Sour finish.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Black colour with a minimal formation of an off-white and quickly diminishing head. Aroma is slightly toasty and sourish. Flavour has notes os roasted malts, with a moderate bitterness. Watery final. Carbonation is medium. Body is light.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Hazy orangish colour with a medium white head. Aroma is slightly malty and hoppy. Flavour is medium bittery, slightly wheaty and with notes of grapes. Carbonation is medium. Body is light to medium.

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Brown colour with a frothy, creamy, large off-white head, high carbonation while the beer is poured. Aroma is toasty and sour. Flavour is sour and slightly malty with a watery final. Light body. Carbonation is medium.

On tap at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Orangish colour with a creamy, off-white, large, nice lacing and decent lasting head. Aroma is fruity, slightly malty and with hoppy notes. Flavour is fruity, with a good palate, smooth. The final is moderate bittery. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.

Bottle from Venerables. Unclear brown colour, off-white fast disappearing bubbles. Nose is fruity, light roasted malts, sour. Flavour is sour, musty, light malted, bit of roastiness, fruits. Sour finish. Indeed either infected or very poorly done.

Bottle from Venerables. Dark orange - brownish colour, off-white head. Nose is light sour, hoppy and malty. Flavour is hoppy, slightly sour, bit of citrus and caramel. Slightly sweet finish.
