Bottle 33 cl. Pours somewhat....pinkish? with a tiny, rough head. Somewhat strange aroma, tart berries combined with some not so pleasant phenols. Medium body, phenols becoming more prominent in the flavour, bordering undrinkable. Not so good Jeff. 030915 --- Beer merged from original tick of Jus Zombie Saison Sauvage on 10 Jun 2022 at 14:45 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6. Original review text: Bottle 33 cl. Pours a lovely, hazy pink with an off-white head. Intense, Bretty nose with an underlying berry note. Light body, very fizzy mouth feel. Flavors are thin as the beer, but there's some bubblegum raspberry. Luckily no beet root though, those probably only give color. Hardly any tartness - just fizz. And absolutely no Brett character. 100622

Bottle 33 cl. Wauw, absolutely no pop when the bottle was opened. Pours an opaque black with a dense, light brown head. Good looking. Aroma is pretty sour atop the roasted malts. Medium body, very low carbonation, harsh roasted malts, ashtray and again a lurking sourness. Most likely infected. 030915

Bottled. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and notes of roasted malt, and dark chocolate, leading to a tart finish.
