Bottle: Amber coloured, big firm lasting and lasting head; faint sweet malty nose with a tinge of hoppiness and traces of roasted malts; sweetish malty and bitter flavour; slightly malty and bitter finish. Well quaffable, but nothing special...................

Die Herbe dominiert dieses Bier, im Antrunk ist es noch eher süßlich, im Mittelteil und im Nachgeschmack wird es jedoch recht herb. Der Nachgeschmack endet unangenehm abrupt. Kann man trinken, etwas Besonderes ist es in keinem Falle. Test vom 8.7.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,7,8,7,7,7 - 7,45

Bottle Caramel malt, a hint of chocolate and bitter hop aroma. Beautifull golden brown color, the frothy white head leaves lace on the glas and the well-lagered light carbonation looks like champagnebubbles. The nice sweet roasted and butterscotch-like maltflavors stay enough in the background and leave a lot of space for a wonderfull broad hop profile - Meisterhaft. Light chocolate and bitterhop aftertaste, medium body and a fine bubbling mouthfeel.
