Milder, hell hefiger Beginn, schwache Aromatik. Herb-würzig, wenig süß, trocken. Meh. 9/7/6/6/5/6

Bottle from Slijterij Duursma, Heerenveen. They sure got that jalapeño flavour in there. Lots of green pepper built upon a Blonde Ale structure with notes of pale malt and yeast. Flavour is mild sweet with a noticeable chili heat that's rather within the bounds of reason. Body is medium. Drinkable beer that doesn't shy away from the chili.

Bottle from Mitra Duursma, Heerenveen. Aroma is stewed fruits with malt, yeast, spicy notes. Some caramel. Sweet stewed fruits. Medium sweet flavour. Not my kind of Tripel.

Cloudy, straw coloured, fine white head. Smell is heavy chili peppers. Body is very light, a tad watery but nicely soft. Taste is nicely restrained, the chilli is there but subtle, beer comes first. Little bit of heat, but in a warming way.

Fles 33cl thuis gedeeld. Citrus, hoptonen, bittertje, gras merkbaar. Grassmaak blijft lang hangen. Leuk probeersel. (12-9-2020).

Mooie kleur, goede co2, graan en moutige base met alcohol, clean and crisp, kruidig, licht zoet, en er zit iets in waarvan ik mij af ga vragen of dit niet over een aantal weken tot een zure smaak zal gaan zorgen, voor nu, ok.
