Bottle 750ml. w. swing top. [ As De Pimpelmeesch Heisse Weisse ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity, sharp yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130215]

Bottle, 75cl. As Heisse Weizen. A creamy, white head of moderate size forms over a lightly hazy golden body. A bit sourish in the aroma, milky sourish that is, with banana and some grainy notes. It’s quite effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and semi-dry. The flavor is less on the sourish side, with banana and lemon. Not much spicyness. Nice bitterness in the finish.
