Bottle: Poured a murky orange brown with a creamy off white head. Aroma is strong with fruit and spice. Taste is sweet fruit and malty. Finish is dry and tingly. A tripel, but not what I usually get out of a tripel. This one is very impressive.

Courtesy of jdubFL, thanks Justin. Pours hazy gold with white head. The aroma starts with banana mixed with sweet/tart acidity and moving back to very ripe banana from time to time. The taste is full on banana going from perfectly ripe to over ripe and back again. The sweet/tart banana candy note shows up near midway and doesn’t let up to the point of being over powering.

courtesy of Justin Ever since drinking the Dju Dju Banana beer, I have kept a bad memory of the banana themed beer. Aroma is filled with banana and sultana (dried seedless grape). The aftertaste leaves the lingering banana mouthfeel. Drink this one cold, because as it warms up the flavor reminded me a lot of spoiled babyfood (to just stay PC). Overall, the beer is sweet / fruity, a change from the usual dark fruits or citrus, but the end result is just poor.
