Nice hazy copper coloured head with a thin white head. Aroma of fresh peaches, apricots, hops, malt and a bit of curacao and coriander seed. Medium-bodied; Sharp hop and fruit flavours come through at first with a good apple and coriander seed freshness. Aftertaste has some spice tucked into the malt and fruit flavours. Overall, a good, suprisingly complex beer! I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased at BioMarkt in Amsterdam, Holland on 28-December-2007, sampled on 10-August-2008.

Bottle at Chris_o Pre GBBF Shindig 08. The beer that made me say something I thought that I would never say, "Craig, can you give me the Horn." Attractive deep brown colour with lasting beige head. Strong syrupy malt. OK, but not too sweet, even though I really expected it too be super sweet.

Bottled. Hazy reddish orange colour, mediumsized fluffy beige head. Aroma is fruits, nuts, spices and quite yeasty. Flavour is yeasty, spicy (pepper being strong), some mild herbs as well as some fruityness. A very easy to drink 10% beer. As it warms up a lot of apricot becomes present.

Bottle at Kent BF 08. Cloudy orange colour with thin beige head. Sweet aroma, some yeast and oxidation. Bit sickly sweet on the malts. Bit obvious on the alcohol and the sweet malts. OK winter beer, some pepper/spice. Fine.

Bottled 01/2008
Hazy, murky orange color, small white head. Apricot and lychee fruity, a bit spicey aroma. Medium-bodied. Yeasty, peppery, apricot fruity. Fruityness covers 10 % alcohol very well, doesn’t feel so strong at all. Not really interesting, pale flavors.
