Dark ruby colour, small beige head. Ginger, pepper balsamico, rye bread in the nose. Medium-boded. Ginger bread, rye bready flavour. A bit sweet.

Nice light brown slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, dark sugar, raisins, dark malts, orange liquor, fruit stones, minerals, alcohol, spices, bark, succade, vanilla essence. Taste is sweet sour-ish mineraly, dark sugar, minerals, bark, alcohol, vanilla essence, fruit stones, raisins, sour-ish roasted grain, soil, succade, dark malts, lactose. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

Big bubbly-creamy longlasting head, very hazy dark yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish foresty, moss, pine needles, leafs, hops, light malts, bark, flowers, oatmeal, fruit stones, citrus peel, hints of dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish foresty, leafs, pine needles, moss, bark, hops, oatmeal, flowers, light malts, fruit stones, citrus peel, hay, lawn. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Nice.

Så og si svart farge med beige skum. Lukter sjokolade, vaniljesødme, kaffe. Vanilje, karamell og kaffe i smak. Fyldig.
