Bottle @ home shared with Laura and Joen. Dark brown color, chestnut colored hue when held into the light. Medium sized beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, chestnut, leaves, brown malts, a light smokey hint, roasty notes. Decent to medium body, firm carbonation. Okay.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Pretty heavy on the barrel with oak and vanilla, a tad sourish which suggests infection. Picking up some malt, dried fruits. Medium body. Not a total loss, actually kinda nice despite the off-flavours.

Bottle, '25. First of Bock season... 'tis a nice one, bit nutty with brown toasty malt, a hint of roast and chocolate, caramel. Moderate bittersweet taste, medium body. Good one.
