On tap at Copper, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle tart cherries, rustic saison yeast, and a bit of esters. Flavour reveals gentle estery notes, gentle cherries, and a hint of tartness. Decent incorporation of the cherries. Not too estery but not exactly authentic. Meh.

On tap at Copper, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued dank hops, biscuity malt and earthy notes. Flavour is dry and earthy, with some piney hops, dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. A little too earthy but it's dry and decently balanced. Not bad.

On tap at Copper, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of fruity esters, candied sugar and bubblegum. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with bubblegum, candied sugar, and fruity esters. Sweet and estery. Exactly the issue with most North American tripels.
