Some juniper and a little floral vibe here. Murky brown pour with decent head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Tap at brewery.

Spruce tips are definitely well integrated here. I've had a lot of these beers that are overdone but this isn't. Just have some florals and sappy type feel. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Tap at brewery.

Lots of lime and some florals. A little lavender. Golden pour with ok head. Tangy finish. Interesting but not something I'd session to be sure. But that seems to be these guys' mantra. Tap at brewery.

Kind of comes off like a mild or a dunkel. I could see this being one of the beers I had in Vilnius. Dark brown pour with good head and lacing. Light hint of smoke. Some citrus in the finish, florals. Decent enough and easy drinking. Tap at brewery.

I can't remember what this said on the menu, but it drinks like a barley wine. I'll edit the style when the menu hits Insta next week. Medium brown and opaque. Thin head. Deep fruity aroma, and it has a rich barley wine taste. Sweet but with lots of fruit and a light balancing acidity. Rough around the edges but hits a Belgian Strong / Barley Wine pocket, even more than B Road does.

Opaque and pale, with a nice head. Lots of bright citrus. Good bitterness, lots of citrus, refreshing and balanced. I know what I'll be drinking with my square this Sunday.

Hazy and sort of dull amber. Has a tart, vinous note but is also quite yeasty. There's a bit of bug - not great. I've enjoyed some of the other ones in this series more. I'll be back for 9 though.

On tap at Jackknife, pours a cloudy dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out light cherries, lots of wild yeast, and some oak. Flavour is complex, with lots of wild yeast, nice tart cherries, and some vinous notes. Buggy and oaky in good harmony. I want more cherry character here, but even with this shortcoming, it's well-designed. Excellent.

On tap at Jackknife, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out some chaotic Belgian yeast on the nose, with caramel, and bready toffee. Flavour is dominated by the Belgian yeast, with treacle toffee and caramel. A bit too chaotic and perfumey, but not bad.

On tap at Jackknife, pours a murky dark amber brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out light citric pomegranate, murky red wine, and subdued earthy hops. Flavour is full of earthy hops, red wine barrels, and bready malt. There's a bit of fruitiness in there from the pomegranate. Not the most complex or well dialled in, but it's fun and ambitious. Good stuff.
