500mL bottle, pours a cloudy, peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma has a quite prominent peachy character despite the absence of fruit, with some wild yeast, and red wine barrels. Flavour has a fair bit of acetone, with juicy peaches, and a bit of wild yeast. The acetic character becomes more tolerable after a few sips, but I doubt I could manage more than a few ounces of this. Good first attempt at a more ambitious beer like this. Decent work in progress.

Murky yellow with a decent white head. Soft guava notes. Soured guava and a light saline note. Solid.

Clear pale gold with a small white head. Lots of cucumber. Cucumber and lemon with light bitter peel. Not bad.

Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. Fuzzy peach. Candy fuzzy peach and that is it. A fruit juice beer.

Clear gold with a decent white head. Woody hops and light sweetness. Woody, pale malts and a long finish. Old school.

Opaque red with a small white head. Intense raspberry notes. Light soured raspberry and a long jammy finish. A bit too jammy but ok.

Hazy gold with a small white head. Nice orange creamy notes. Bitter up front with some creamy citrus and a bit of plastic in the finish.

Clear gold with a small white head. Light bready grain notes. Touch sweet, light fruity esters and a touch of grains and bitterness.

Hazy yellow with a small white head. Light pineapple and som citrus peel. Citrus peel, bitterness and a light pineapple note. Bitter finish takes away from the milkshake note.

On tap at Streetcar, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of fresh cucumber skins, tart lemon, floral notes, and gentle lacto. Flavour is dominated by fresh cucumber skins, tart citrus, and some lacto. Cucumbery and lemony, with plenty of yogurty character. Decent, fun beer.
