Soft wheat dough aroma with hints of banana, good foggy yellow body and modest foam on top. Flavour is good banana with a full mouthfeel and okay carbonation. Kind of okay but a little fake.

[On tap at the Pickled Monk, Fullerton, CA.] A straw coloured pour with a ring of white head and moderate carbonation; biscuity aroma; sweet biscuity taste; with a unusually sour finish. Pleasant and refreshing.

(tap) clear, bright yellow golden colour with a small white head; slight aroma of butter; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
