Tap @ Village Burger, San Luis Obispo. Pours a deep golden body and a small off white head. Aroma's of citrus, zest, resin. Retronasal it's citrus (albeit ot necessarily grapefruit), zesty, sour fruit, candied fruit, resin, bitter. Flavor is (above) moderate bitter. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Lasting bitter finish, grapefruit actually comes out.

From bottle to pint glass. Grainy brown sugar aromas. Very faint orange. Slightly hazed deep orange, copper with white head. Taste is massive sugar with a fair amount of burn on the back. This is like a throw back to the 1996 schools of DIPAs. A bit astringent.

Soft malt on the nose, okay foam and soft clear copper body. Flavour is sweet malt, milk notes, heavy sugar. a little overbearing and sweet but not bad if you're into that.
