Draught at Bold Buddha; pours reddish copper color with a white head. Aroma is a sort of dusty, caramel, hints of pine. Perfectly drinkable, but lacking the bitterness or hop character one would want. Was not expecting mucj any way.

Gingerbread Cafe: pours yellow with white head. Aroma s light grain. Taste is a little sharp graininess. Smooth and easy to drink. Unlike the normal lager this one was actually brewed on the island.

13/12/2025. Bottle from Bistro de la Mer, Marigot, Saint Martin. Enjoyed on Marella Discovery 2 during the sea day voyage en route to Bonaire. Very slightly hazy pour with a short lasting white head. Aroma is very herbal, coriander, thyme, wheaty, grassy, citrus, spiced. Mellow sweetness, light bitterness, touch of drying tartness. Light bodied, lively. An interesting wit, but a little lacklustre.

7/12/2025. Draft at Blue Bitch Brew Bar, Philipsburg, Sint Maarten. Good pour. Very smooth brew. Nice caramel malt sweetness. Enjoyable.

7/12/2025. Bottle at Bistro de la Mer, Marigot, St Martin. Slightly hazed pour. Big foamy head. Old skool IPA aroma and taste. Good bitterness, complimented with some syrupy sweetness. Good body too. Very flavoursome. Enjoyed this.

Draft pours clear gold with mild carbonation and a white head that lingers. Silky mouthfeel, evenly balanced with a slight bitter finish - less bitter than I would expect for an IPA. Enjoyable.
