On tap at Darby's, pours a cloudy dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, light caramel, and a hint of toffee. Flavour is surprisingly nice, with a rich malty caramel character, some bready notes, and a bit of alcohol. Very nicely malty without being cloying. Surprisingly good.

Clear gold with a rich white head. Little wood, skunk and a touch of booze. Sweet, boozy and not great.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear gold with white head. Sorry, this is just a shitty lager with a touch of coffee (and I don't even think I'm being harsh about that). Complete waste of time.

A bit murky, dark amber, thin head. Smoky nose. Richly malty, big beech smoke, ha ok this tastes like they went straight for the Weyermann. It’s a little thin and fruity, so definitely amber ale rather than intense mrzen but I’m liking this.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out brut yeast, some rustic notes and mineraly notes. Flavour is mineraly and brut-like, with rustic notes, mineraly notes, and some champagne-like notes. Simple and too mineraly. It's alright.

Has good deep clear coppery brown and nice foam. Aroma is okay ginger snap, soft plum. Taste is nice malty ginger, a little biscuit. Ends dry, good carbonation. It's easy, approachable, clean though rather simple.
