Medium brown with a slight reddish note, this has a light bitterness, and an off-dry character. The beet is noticeable, the malts a bit too crackery and needing more residual sugar for my taste.

Hazy and a bit dull. Quite yeasty. Low malt character, so this one's a bit messy. Not super. A couple of the regular ales are the weak spots in the lineup.

Dullish hazy pale brown. Messy, and the hops come across as a bit stale. Harsh bitterness. Probably my least favourite.

Hazy. Thin, with lots of nettles on top of a soft body and sweet pale malt. Nice balancing bitterness. Rustic, but not bad.

Golden, with a slight haze. Thick head. Soft and sweet. Grainy, with low bitterness but nice fruitiness. Good character. Not really like a kolsch, but a good golden ale.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma reveals vinous notes upfront, along with leather, and gentle funk. Flavour is very funky, with lots of leather, somewhat harsh funk, red wine, and a bit of wood varnish. Unusual transformation of a brown ale here. I like the idea, but the execution is a bit rough. Decent attempt.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is very malty for an IPA, with English hops, lots of chewy caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is likewise on the malty side, with lots of butterscotch, caramel malt, bready notes, and bitter English resinous hops. A bit herbal and vegetal. Very malty, yet also very bitter. Solidly constructed. Okay English IPA, even if on the malty side for my palate.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals cereal malt, Belgian yeast, and some fruit esters. Flavour is full of bright fruity esters, crisp biscuity malt, and cereal notes. Bright and clean, with a nice Belgian yeast character. Above average blonde.

Bottle from the brewery, pours with a nice darker brown body and huge head. Sweet graham cracker aroma, chewy malt, shreddies all around. Flavour is more chewy malt, some soft hoppy sweetness. Full enough on the mouth. This is quite a nice brown ale, plenty of malty goodness and very full. I think anyone trying it would be satisfied.

Has nice big foam on top of a cloudy brown body, smells of sweet hops with coriander and other spices on the nose. Flavour is good deep sweet malts, spicy grains, sweet hops. Mouthfeel is full and crisp. Nicely made, seems like some pale ale elements mixed in with saison and it's working well.
