33cl bottle, many thanks Maakun! Bbe 31/1/2018. Pours cola brown with a thick off white head. Aroma has licorice candy, mild coffee notes and molasses. Flavor has licorice, medicine, molasses and toffeeish sweetness. Light body for this abv.

Bottle looks like my mom designed it in MS Word basicly. Ugly as fuck, pixelated and horrible quality overall. I’m pretty amazed there isn’t any Comic Sans on the label. Beer’s pretty nice though. Roasty, hint of bourbon, coffee, chocolate. Smooth (unlike the label).

Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, nutty, light coffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted, chocolate, dusty malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

Bottle 330ml. [ As ABC Beers Konings IPA II ].Brewed at De Eem acording to bottle.[ Courtesy of Dean ]. Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, caramel, pale malt, biscuit malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, light to moderate yeasty. Initial flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter, finish flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, citrus - grass, cookie - biscuit malt, dry, late finish is quit bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150619]

Not sure if this is a different beer or the info was wrong, but the version I tried was labelled as a 9.2% Baltic Porter. Pours a very dark, almost opaque beer, brown towards burgundy red, more like a quad than a porter, with a nice head. The smell confirms that this is, again, more a quad than a porter. Notes of caramel, dark fruit, strawberry jam, molasses. The taste is very rich and fruity, with strawberry jam and caramel, along with roasted malts, spices and a bit of dark chocolate in the background. A very pleasant drink

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015. Pours nearly black with a creamy white head. Roast, grains and ashes. Quite ruff and unrefined.
