16.9oz bottle. Slightly hazy yellow color with creamy bright white head. Decent lacing left behind. Aroma of some sweet malts, honey, crisp hops, lemon sourness and maybe hay. Pretty nice mild flavor while it’s still chilled. There are some pale type malts, a light hoppiness, sour tartness and spiciness. The sour notes pick up as the beer warms. In the end the sour aroma and flavor were dominant over the other players. All in all these flavors mix well together for an interesting and enjoyable ale.

Organic IPA. Seems to be bottle conditined. Medium orange/amber with an averge sized, sticky white head. Caramel and apricot orange aroma. The sweetness is very subdued and what there is quickly turns to a long smooth dryness that’s not too bitter. Very drinkable and a bit different. Mine was a little flat. A better carbonation would improve the mouthfeel some. Thanks to droopy49 for sending this one!

Deep dark stout with a thick moka head. Light roasted coffee and smooth milk chocolate in aroma, with light alcohol. In mouth, a light roasted chocolate malt, with light bitterness, a bit short in mouth. Medium bodied. Enjoyed with the Mtl Crew Sept. 9, 2006.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a thin off-white head. Light citrusy hop aroma. Citrus hop and caramel malt flavor. Lighter bodied. Lingering hops leads into noticeable alcohol. Needs a bit more body and a little more malt of something.

bomber from Degarth. Pour looks like a Tripel mixed with a bud. No head and barely any lacing. Smells like a watery Tripel thats hopped. Taste like slightly sweet belgian eas water. Rubbery aftertate. Notalush put it best, it seems organic beers really just taste bad. Pass on this hoppy belgian-like watery crap.
